OUR CONCIERGE SERVICE
We understand how important your custom printed food packaging is to you and your brand, and this means that our concierge service is the perfect ‘Red Carpet’ treatment to add that finishing touch to your food presentation. We have a dedicated team who will assist you right through your journey with us from design to delivery. They will make sure your artwork is correct, check full product specifications, liaise with printers and couriers all the way to ensuring your custom printed food packaging arrives on time, every time. We are your one-stop-shop for anything custom printed and we’ve plenty of experience, so leave it to us to deliver the goods!
Flexible delivery solutions
Stock management at your side, when and where you need it. Our services to help manage customised and standard packaging include holding stock for you, ring fencing popular lines and drop-ship deliveries. Need a bespoke service? We are flexible and ready to help!
We understand that space can be a challenge for many catering and food service businesses. So, we offer up to 5 months free storage on custom printed products* making it easier for you to spread your brand messages through your packaging. When you place your order you will become our Silver, Gold or Platinum customer for that order only and will receive our special ‘Top Hat’ Concierge Service.

Stock call off

Call Off
Call-off your stock in up to 3 deliveries at no extra charge resulting in an easy, stress-free process for you. If you need more time or more frequent deliveries that is no problem either! Our Team are ready to help.

Delivery
Parcel deliveries are 1-2 working day. Pallet deliveries are 3-5 working day. Next day pallet deliveries available at extra charge. We aim to despatch all orders placed before 2pm same day (stock permitting). Orders over 12 cartons will be shipped by pallet. Next day pallet orders are subject to £35 per pallet surcharge. Please ask our sales team for a full breakdown of additional call-off delivery charges.

Storage
Need extra time before calling off your printed stock? No problem! We can store your products for as long as you require. Additional storage charges are £3.50 per pallet per week (or part thereof).

Tag Orders
If you place an order for Non-Custom printed stock via our sales office and require additional call offs (exceeding your Gold or Platinum order category) of printed stock we will reduce your delivery charge on the call off by 50%. (see ‘Tag Rate’) For Tag Orders below £120, standard shipping charges will still apply plus ‘Tag Rate’.
