Delivery Time
Our drivers deliver between 7.30 am and 6 pm (MON – FRI)
Our couriers deliver between 8 am and 5.30 pm (MON – FRI)

* Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands are subject to an additional delivery charge. This will be charged separately and a member of our sales team will contact you with details. Any deliveries received damaged or incorrect must be signed as damaged or incorrect and notified to us within 24hrs of receipt of goods. Claims for damaged or incorrect goods cannot be made after this period.

Yes, we have our own driver and fleet of vehicles.

Yes, we offer free storage for a period of 4 months for custom printed products (excl. Custom Printed Greaseproof Paper).
RETURNS
In order to ensure the highest possible standards of hygiene for our food packaging products, we are unable to accept returns for items ordered incorrectly, custom made or ordered by us specifically at your request.
Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge.
Cancelled orders (excluding custom print) not shipped will be subject to an admin fee of 5% of overall value for processing refunds. We are unable to offer refunds for cancelled orders of custom printed products once production has started.
